Description

The Conference addresses young scholars whose research engages either with EU law or with other multi- and bilateral treaties of Europe, including the ECHR, the European Social Charter, other Council of Europe agreements, the EEA or the EFTA, etc. The Conference aims at critically examining the Preambles of European Treaties with regard to their significance and efficacy. We invite young scholars to present research papers, receive individual feedback from distinguished senior European law scholars, and discuss their work in the plenary.
