Construction of Investment Law as an Internaitonal Law Field

The PhD thesis talks about the idea that in investment arbitration they are various assumptions behind the structure of claims adjudication. The main thesis is that the arbitration as a choice for settling investment disputes is not a neutral choice. A choice of arbitration as a tool for settling investor-State disputes generates a mismach between the regimes self-proclaimed objective and what it actually does.
