Cultural rights

Analyze how a cultural and relational rationality, which is open to and gives priority to understanding inter-personal meaning and context, can broaden the modern-liberal standards of rationality behind human rights, in order to allow a holistic vision of the human person. A vision that is open to dialogue and other rationalities, so framing and interpreting cultural rights could be done through a richer perspective and addressing underlying claims.
