L'institut suisse d'études juridiques féministes et gender law (FRI) a publié courant 2022 un appel à participation à sa conférence bisannuelle en études juridiques féministes et queer qui aura lieu les 9 et 10 février 2023 à l'Université de Neuchâtel (Suisse).

Le FRI proposait, pour sa conférence 2023, de réfléchir, dans des perspectives féministes et queer, au rôle du droit et ses effets sur les corps humains ainsi qu'à la manière dont il nous incorpore dans la société. L'effet du droit sur les corps doit être abordé dans une perspective holistique, multidimensionnelle et interdisciplinaire. Les contributions accueillies portaient sur l'identité, les conceptions du soi formées et influencées par le droit, ainsi que la création et la négation de l'autonomie par le droit. Le FRI s'intéressait également à la manière dont le droit engage les corps depuis leur conception jusqu'à leur traitement après la mort, notamment en lien avec les évolutions morales et technologiques en matière de reproduction. Une place particulière était accordée à la question des infractions (sexuelles) aux corps à l'égard desquelles le droit a été absent ou mal appliqué et qui ont été trop fréquemment perpétrées sur le corps des femmes. Enfin, la conférence abordera les nombreuses façons dont la violence marque les corps, qu'elle soit physique, psychologique ou économique, ainsi que le besoin de décolonisation des corps.
